"Just opened up a homeowners policy with them. Liz made it the easiest thing in the world. She was so sweet and personable. Didn’t even feel like I was buying insurance! I appreciate that there is no robot answering the phone. Either they pick up or they don’t if they are busy with other customers (if you leave a voicemail they will get back to you so fast your head will spin.) I also like that I wasn’t pressured or upsold. It’s nice being seen as a human rather than a customer and I look forward to doing business with them in the future"
